Job Title: Manager, Stress Testing and Forecasting

  • Execute credit risk stress tests for retail portfolios to support Industry-Wide Stress Tests and Group ICAAP requirements.
  • Develop accurate forecasts of key profit and loss credit metrics and balance sheet metrics.
  • Communicate complex stress testing and forecasting results to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop methodologies and approaches to address emerging risks.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in stress testing, credit modelling, and credit forecasting.
  • Knowledge of macroeconomic variables and analysis, climate risk, and ESG.
  • Experience in process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Tertiary qualification in an analytics-based degree (e.g. statistics, actuarial science).
