We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead our Stress Testing Solution design, build and deployment activities.
The successful candidate will work with our Vendor, Technology Teams and Business SMEs to deliver a comprehensive solution that meets regulatory and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage a team of Business Analysts to document and manage complex business requirements across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Develop and implement efficient Agile delivery processes to develop and manage integrated delivery plans.
- Work effectively across program enablement streams and understand interdependencies.
- Chair working groups to resolve solution design issues and effectively manage scope.
- Produce meaningful status reporting for steering committees.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in planning and leading end-to-end delivery of Banking Transformation Projects.
- Delivery tools proficiency e.g. JIRA, MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, confluence and collaboration tools.
- Financial regulation knowledge, risk-weighted assets, and ETL expertise.
- Team building and leadership skills, including coaching SMEs to adopt Agile Delivery practices.
- Vendor management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
