About the Job

As a Facilities Operations Centre Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of the FOC, which is responsible for 24X7 monitoring of the data centre's physical infrastructure. You'll lead a diverse team of engineers, analysts, and other professionals who work together to ensure seamless operations and identify areas for improvement.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Lead the Facilities Operations Centre team in ensuring the highest standards for safety and security
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement process improvements
  3. Develop and maintain effective communication and escalation protocols
  4. Participate in outage post mortem analysis and provide recommendations for improvement
  5. Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping
  6. Support emergency recovery efforts and communicate effectively with teams

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Electrical or Mechanical Experience
  • 1+ years of experience working with Building and/or Electrical Platform Management Systems
  • 2+ Years' Experience in Data Centre Engineering/ Operations
