You'll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. You'll collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers.

We're looking for a passionate and talented Senior Technical Programme Manager to support projects growing our Data Centre infrastructure. The TPM will lead cross-functional and technical teams to deliver Data Centre capacity and deliver projects from strategy, conceptual design feasibility, requirements, budget, completed design, implementation, testing, and deployment.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator (both written and verbal), and possess at least 7 years of experience in project management of technical initiatives, as well as strategic programme management. Strong judgement, negotiation skills, ability to influence without authority, analytical talent and leadership along with the capacity to thrive and succeed in a fast-paced environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities are a must.

The TPM will be familiar with a variety of project management tools, methodologies and techniques for all phases of the project lifecycle. They'll be able to exhibit demonstrated experience in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality and risk management, reporting and metric development/tracking.
