We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Part-Time Athlete. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales through expert product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide premium customer service, addressing customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products, including features, benefits, and applications.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient restocking and replenishment of stock, maintaining high visual merchandising standards throughout the store.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve key performance indicators, driving sales growth and meeting targets.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Previous experience in a sales or retail environment, preferably with a focus on customer service and product knowledge.
