  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest products, trends, and releases to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, and contribute to achieving business objectives.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales goals, and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements:
  • 0-3 years of retail experience
  • Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
  • Motivated to achieve great results due to enthusiasm from interacting with customers and athletic products
  • Initiate completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
