Located onsite in Kewdale, WA

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Load Coordinator to oversee the compilation of loads for customers while monitoring pallet movements in the warehouse.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all CHEP and Loscam pallet movements in the warehouse / transport and despatch within the pallet management system.
  • Work closely with site supervisory teams to ensure seamless flow of pallet paperwork and information on inbound, outbound, and metro loads.
  • Review data accuracy and maintain data integrity and best practice.
  • Maintain pallet hire volumes consistent with site requirements.
  • Provide timely, accurate information on monthly site pallet financials and reporting.
  • Record and reconcile exchange pooling daily and report.
  • Take responsibility for identifying and implement continuous site pallet improvements.
  • Ensure accuracy of physical monthly stocktakes are performed, recorded, and reported.
  • Perform monthly pallet reconciliations and prepare reporting for management.
  • Maintain open / regular communications between all site key areas.
  • Support pallet training and development.
  • Assist in ensuring agreed customer objectives and measures are met by ensuring accurate load validation requested for customer assets.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a pallet controller
  • Experience using 2IC system
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office platform
  • Knowledge of warehousing RF systems
  • Strong decision making and problem solving ability
  • Strong communication and relation building skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a high volume environment
