Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Food Service and Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, driving sales growth, and supporting the export coordinator with various tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, negotiation, and communication. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Previous experience within the food, service, or manufacturing industry is highly recommended.

Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of $62,000 per year, plus superannuation. As a casual employee, you will receive $33.69 per hour for the first few months.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time, permanent position with an 8-hour morning shift. We require a minimum of 1 year's experience in inbound call centers, outbound call centers, and customer service.
