Senior Accounting Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical accounting professional to manage core accounting functions with a focus on financial analysis.

In this role, you will be responsible for accurate financial reporting, maintaining inventory valuation, analyzing production costs, and working closely with cross-functional teams to support business decision-making, budgeting, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, experience with ERP systems, and the ability to analyze complex financial data to drive informed business decisions.

You will partner with senior leadership to develop and implement financial strategies, monitor and record manufacturing-related costs, and maintain accurate inventory valuation.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism and integrity.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement financial strategies.
  • Monitor and record manufacturing-related costs, including labor, materials, and overhead.
  • Maintain accurate inventory valuation and perform regular reconciliations.
  • Conduct profitability analyses by product, customer, or business unit to support pricing and strategy decisions.
  • Manage general ledger accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, ensuring proper coding and documentation in the ERP system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • CPA or CMA certification preferred, but not required.
  • 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
