Job Opportunity

This is a contract position that involves leading and supporting project teams on both Workday and Lumary (Salesforce) build.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The role requires collaboration with the project manager, business analysts, vendors, and SMEs to understand system requirements and processes.
  • You will oversee all phases of testing including unit and system testing, integration, regression, user acceptance, performance and security testing.
  • Design and develop detailed test cases and scenarios based on requirements for both platforms.
  • Ensure clear traceability between requirements, test cases, and business outcomes.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure test scope, entry/exit criteria, and acceptance criteria are clearly defined and agreed.
  • Coordinate with project teams to resolve any defects or issues found during testing.
  • Provide reporting on test progress, defects, risks, and readiness for go-live.
  • Lead testing efforts around data conversion, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
