Procurement Administrator Opportunity

This role is key in ensuring smooth procurement operations and supplier coordination.

  • Maintain purchase orders and equipment records in database management system
  • Maintain shipping documentation/records and take forward cover with finance
  • Process equipment quotes and place orders on behalf of dealers
  • Maintain transfer pricing for dealers
  • Reconcile /monitor monthly dealer orders
  • Invoice monthly equipment rentals
  • Identification of continuous improvements within your area of responsibility

The ideal candidate will have intermediate to advanced Excel skills, analytical and critical thinking skills, excellent time management skills and a few years of work experience, preferably in a similar role.
