**Job Description:**

At our Footscray Shop, we are seeking a talented Duty Manager to lead a dynamic team of staff and volunteers. This exciting role offers the opportunity to grow sales, coach and mentor your team, and make a tangible difference in the local community.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

- Leading the volunteer team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Striving for and meeting sales targets
- Training and supporting the dedicated team of volunteers

Our organisation is committed to providing practical welfare support, advocacy, and friendship to vulnerable members of our community. We have over 12,000 volunteers working together to provide key services including Vinnies Shops; Vinnies Soup Vans; support programs for people experiencing mental illness; home visitation; youth programs; assistance for asylum seekers and refugees; education and tutoring; and more.

Through these initiatives, we offer 'a hand up' to those in need, respecting their dignity and encouraging them to take control of their destiny. With a mission-driven approach, we have been providing support to Victorians for 160 years.
