About This Role

We're seeking a skilled Retail Manager to join our team, responsible for driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.

  • Manage store operations, ensuring seamless delivery of retail services
  • Provide exceptional customer service, adhering to industry standards
  • SUPPORT local and national marketing campaigns and promotional activities
  • Manage customer complaints and feedback
  • Assist with maintaining volunteer team schedules and coordinating shifts due to absence or leave

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need experience in managing a team in a retail environment, outstanding organisational skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

  • Experience in retail management
  • Outstanding organisational skills with strong time management ability
  • Ability to provide high levels of customer service
  • Physical ability to perform manual labour tasks, including moving stock and displays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
