We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reporting and Analytics Manager to lead our Digital & CX team's Reporting & Analytics function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Centre of Excellence (COE) for analytics and reporting in the Marketing & Growth unit.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Manage a Roadmap: Create and implement a comprehensive roadmap to uplift Reporting and Analytics capability, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Drive Process Improvements: Actively drive a program to identify improvements to processes, systems, and tools for exploring, analysing, reporting, and visualising data and analytics.
- Establish Performance Measures: Establish and report on performance measures and targets for acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Enable Attribution and Measurement: Enable attribution and measurement of the effectiveness and impact of interventions for acquisition, retention, and engagement initiatives.
We are looking for a passionate and proven strategic leader with excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. You will ideally have a strong background working in a digital data insights environment and possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Degree Qualification: Degree qualified in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Computer Science.
- Experience in Digital Product Analytics: Experience delivering digital product analytics initiatives leveraging techniques including Experimentation, A/B Testing, Propensity Modelling, Customer Lifetime Value Analysis & Behavioural Modelling.
- Advanced Technical Skills: Advanced experience working with SQL, R, or Python to extract, manage, and manipulate complex data sets in preparation for analysis.
- Proficiency in Data Analytics Tools: Advanced proficiency in data analytics, automated reporting, and dashboard development tools.
- Experience in Digital Analytics Tools: Experience with digital analytics tools including Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
