Delivering high-quality patient care and staff support is a vital part of maintaining hygiene and safety standards across our hospital.

We are seeking a dedicated individual with previous experience in commercial cleaning, general assistance, or similar roles to join our Environmental Services team at Gosford Hospital.

The ideal candidate will work independently and as part of a supportive team, following set cleaning schedules and infection control procedures to ensure high hygiene standards are met at all times. This is a physically active role that requires attention to detail, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
  • General cleaning of hospital wards, public areas, bathrooms, and offices.
  • Assisting with waste removal, restocking supplies, and other support tasks as required.
