This placement offers hands-on experience in the disability sector, where you'll gain valuable insights and skills. You will work under experienced team members, supporting individuals to achieve their goals, build independence, and live fulfilling lives in a supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Contribute to planning and delivering individualized support services
  • Participate in daily activities, community engagement, and capacity building programs
  • Develop respectful relationships with individuals supported, colleagues, and families
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Engage in reflective practice and participate in supervision, training, and team meetings as required

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • A current NDIS Worker Screening and an Employee Working with Children Check are required
  • A current First Aid Certificate with CPR is desirable
  • A current Victorian P1 Driver's License or above is desirable
  • Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination status
