About the Role

Hearth Support Services is a dynamic and growing Allied Health business, offering a unique opportunity for a Speech Pathologist to join our team.

We are committed to providing high-quality services to our clients, and we are seeking a qualified Speech Pathologist to work with us in delivering responsive and quality care.

The successful candidate will have a caseload of NDIS clients with a variety of disabilities, and will work with children and adults in their homes, schools, and community settings.

As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to work with Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, and Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners to deliver comprehensive care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and diagnose swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Work with clients and their families to achieve their goals
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training
Requirements
  • Qualified Speech Pathologist with a Bachelor of Speech Pathology or recognized equivalent degree
  • Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Employee Working with Children Check/NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Current driving license and car
