About this Opportunity

We are seeking caring and reliable individuals to provide support services to seniors in their homes.

As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with everyday tasks, companionship, and social interaction.

You will be responsible for providing friendly companionship and emotional support to clients in their own environments.

This may include assisting with household tasks such as light cleaning, meal preparation, and shopping, as well as supporting clients with transport to appointments and community activities.

Your goal will be to promote independence and well-being in a home environment.

Essential Requirements

  1. A passion for delivering high-quality support services.
  2. A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification.
  3. Medication competency and First Aid/CPR certification.
  4. A current Police Check and valid Australian Work Rights.
  5. A current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle suitable for work purposes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certificate IV in Disability or Aged Care.
  • Experience working with seniors or people with disabilities.
