The successful candidate will be responsible for providing authoritative advice on complex legal and policy issues, leading the delivery of high-quality legal services, and appearing or instructing in litigation involving highly complex matters.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level briefings and correspondence on complex legal and policy issues.
- Lead the delivery of high-quality, client-focused, and cost-effective legal services.
- Appear or instruct in litigation involving highly complex matters in various courts and tribunals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cross-government legal policy considerations, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
They will also have a proven track record of providing high-quality legal advice and services, and experience in managing teams and leading complex projects.
