Central Australian Aboriginal Congress is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Psychologist/Clinical Psychologist in the Mental Health/SEWB Service. This rewarding opportunity will provide you with a challenging and diverse range of experiences, working with clients presenting with complex mental health issues.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist to fill a full-time, continuous contract position. As a key member of our SEWB team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological assessment and therapeutic services to our clients. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual and group sessions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to strict confidentiality guidelines
  • Participate in regular clinical supervision to enhance professional growth and development

In exchange for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • Base Salary: $115,094 - $140,739 (p.a.) (commensurate with experience)
  • Total Effective Package: $142,131 - $173,663 (p.a.)*
