We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Central Australian Aboriginal Congress. This exciting opportunity allows you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with severe and complex mental illness.
About the PositionThe successful applicant will provide culturally appropriate mental health nursing care, delivering high-quality therapy to clients in need. If you have strong skills in delivering evidence-based practices, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive mental health nursing care to clients with severe and complex mental illness.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Degree in Mental Health Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Current registration with the relevant nursing authority.
- Experience working with diverse client groups, particularly those from Indigenous backgrounds.
- A competitive base salary: $115,495 - $123,981 (p.a.).
- Total effective package: $140,790 - $152,147 (p.a.), including district allowance, superannuation, leave loading, and estimated tax saving from salary packaging options.
- Six weeks' annual leave and generous salary packaging.
