Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive mental health nursing care to clients with severe and complex mental illness.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Degree in Mental Health Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • Current registration with the relevant nursing authority.
  • Experience working with diverse client groups, particularly those from Indigenous backgrounds.
What We Offer
  • A competitive base salary: $115,495 - $123,981 (p.a.).
  • Total effective package: $140,790 - $152,147 (p.a.), including district allowance, superannuation, leave loading, and estimated tax saving from salary packaging options.
  • Six weeks' annual leave and generous salary packaging.
  • Relocation assistance for suitable applicants.
