About the Role

Crown Resorts is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Stewarding Supervisor to join our team at Crown Perth. As a key member of our Back of House team, you will be responsible for leading a large diverse team to achieve the highest hygiene standards, meet compliance requirements, and maintain impeccable kitchen presentation.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in a similar position in upscale hotel establishments, with a strong understanding of food safety standards and HACCP. You will be able to create detailed cleaning schedules, possess strong team building and delegation skills, and have effective time management and communication skills.
