We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing with experience working in a clinical setting. You will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing individualized care plans, and providing direct patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring that all patients receive safe and effective treatment.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical conditions and develop comprehensive care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to ensure they understand their treatment options and can manage their health effectively.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant professional body.
- A minimum of 4 years' experience working in a clinical setting, preferably in oncology or critical care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with electronic health records and other relevant software systems.
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- A base salary ranging from $68,800 to $72,000 per annum, plus superannuation.
