Real Estate Investment Professional

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Investment Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and growing our investment portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mind, a commercial focus, and a passion for real estate investment. They will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and think critically to solve problems.

  • Develop and implement financial models to assess potential real estate investment opportunities.
  • Work closely with the team to manage existing assets and ensure compliance with investment guidelines.
  • Assist in the execution of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and capital raising activities.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new investment opportunities.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and investment updates for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Strong financial modelling skills, with experience in cash flow analysis and investment valuations.
  • 2-5 years of experience in real estate, corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting.
  • Understanding of the Australian real estate investment market and development process.
  • Keen eye for detail and ability to interpret financial data to provide valuable insights.
