Portfolio Financial Manager

The Senior Property Accountant role offers a unique opportunity to lead financial management and accounting support for a diverse portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver timely and accurate monthly management accounts, including balance sheets, P&L analysis, and variance commentaries.
- Prepare journal entries and manage outgoings reconciliations, budgets, and wash-ups across a portfolio of assets.
- Act as a subject matter expert for financial reporting matters.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- CPA/CA qualification (or currently studying towards it) preferred.
- Proficiency in MRI/Yardi property accounting platforms.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
