Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and technical support to charitable gaming clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transport electronic bingo units to/from charitable gaming sessions as needed or directed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sufficient fuel levels of LBC vehicles when used.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Train and support bingo players on the proper use of LBC electronic bingo units.
  • Maintain inventory for specific locations and ensure routes have the correct amount of working handsets.
  • Responsible for scanning new units and old units out, as well as all RMA's pertaining to specified routes.
  • Bill customers nightly/weekly/monthly as directed by supervisor and adjust customer information as needed.
  • Provide service for all customers for a specified route, including making game changes per customer/supervisor request.
Working Environment:

Please note that this role is part of a Sydney-based operation.
