Job Description

As a valued member of our student services team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students at Victoria University. Your primary responsibility will be to provide accurate and timely advice to current and prospective students on various matters, including course information, administration, admissions, enrolment fees, and the usage of university systems.

You will work closely with advisory teams, student administration, and college staff to support domestic, international, TAFE, and higher education students. Our service centres are located across multiple campuses, offering diverse opportunities for growth and development.

Your expertise will be sought after by students seeking guidance on navigating university systems, personal, and academic goals. By providing exceptional support, you will contribute significantly to the overall student experience.
