As an AI innovator in our Data & AI team, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of artificial intelligence at the core of a rapidly evolving business. From deploying models in cloud-based platforms to fine-tuning large language models, your work will power solutions used by thousands across the finance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and deploy end-to-end machine learning models using classical algorithms and large language models.
  • Fine-tune and evaluate large language models for practical, high-impact use cases.
  • Apply best practices in model operations including versioning, performance monitoring, and automated retraining pipelines.
  • Leverage cloud platforms to manage machine learning workflows.
  • Collaborate with teams to transform data into actionable intelligence using data warehousing and business intelligence tools.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Python and SQL with hands-on experience in classical machine learning.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, large-scale machine learning deployment, and scalable data pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and data pipelines; experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools a plus.
  • Comfortable with model lifecycle management, from experimentation to monitoring and retraining.
  • A collaborative, analytical thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for continuous learning.
