Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Specialist

Overview:

As an Artificial Intelligence Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and implementation of cutting-edge machine learning initiatives. With a focus on delivering end-to-end solutions, from data ingestion to model deployment, this position offers the ideal opportunity for skilled professionals to leverage their expertise and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Acquisition & Preparation: Collect, clean, and analyze datasets from various internal and external sources. Develop scalable data pipelines using cloud services such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) Glue, Athena, and Redshift. Train and optimize machine learning models in AWS SageMaker for applications like anomaly detection, predictive modeling, and data quality enhancement.
  • Deployment & Model Operations: Deploy models to production using SageMaker endpoints or other AWS deployment mechanisms. Implement monitoring, alerting, and retraining workflows to ensure sustained model performance. Manage model versioning, governance, and documentation. Collaborate with business and product teams to define machine learning use cases and establish success metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with the AWS machine learning stack, including SageMaker, Glue, Athena, Redshift, Kinesis, Lambda, and S3.
  • Strong background in data science, encompassing statistics, machine learning algorithms, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
  • Proficiency in Python, pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and SQL.
  • Experience with MLOps practices, including continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for machine learning, model monitoring, and retraining strategies.
  • Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance requirements.
