Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Perth. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for stakeholder engagement, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Support clients in filling their Permanent, Short-term, or ongoing Casual Hire requirements.
- Grow client and candidate bases through proactive marketing and outreach efforts.
- Ensure relevant Compliance is updated on our CRM.
- Contribute to the team during large Perm mobilisations/go-lives.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Minimum 2 years' experience gained as a recruiter working in a recruitment agency undertaking client and candidate calls.
- Experience in managing client and candidate relationships, negotiating Permanent Terms of Business or Temporary Worker Hourly Rates and Terms of Supply.
- Strong experience in Candidate Attraction using On-line Advertising, Seek Talent, and LI Recruiter.
- Prior experience in representing the company at industry events or expos.
