Electrical Supervisor Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to take on a challenging role within our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to liaise with clients and project managers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

The successful applicant will be responsible for all site-related day-to-day documentation, including Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), daily records, and risk assessments. They will also take ownership of the sites they are working on, ensuring quality of work, efficiency of team members under their supervision, and customer satisfaction.

Reporting to the Project Manager, this role will be based in our Campbelltown office. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our high voltage electrical services provider.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage teams
• Liaise with clients and project managers
• Ensure quality of work and customer satisfaction
• Manage site-related documentation
• Take ownership of sites and ensure efficient team performance

Requirements:

• Experience working in the electrical field with HV apparatus
• Ability to supervise and manage teams
• Ability to work as part of a dynamic team
• L.V / H.V Switchgear and transformers is required
• Experience with testing and maintenance on HV switchgear
• Hold an electrical A Grade license
• Enjoy working autonomously
• An energetic, driven, and self-motivated attitude
• A current driver's license
