Key Responsibilities
  • Front Office Operations: Supervise and manage the front office operations during late night hours, ensuring that all procedures are followed and customer service standards are met.
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional guest services, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Conduct nightly audits, reconcile financial transactions, and ensure accurate reporting and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure the security and safety of hotel guests and employees, including monitoring of public areas and responding to any incidents or emergencies.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with the reservations office, other departments, and management to ensure seamless operations and maximize yield.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in front office operations, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Certifications: First Aid certificate is highly desirable.
