We are seeking an experienced and motivated leader to join our team as a Regional Operations Director. As a key member of our field management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 10 dialysis centers and 200 teammates, with a focus on providing safe, efficient, and therapeutic patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of direct reports to achieve quality and compliant patient care
  • Address top growth priorities, patient census, and lead successful operational conversions on acquisitions
  • Develop and execute strategic operating plans and goals for assigned division facilities
  • Manage financial and revenue growth, operations, and labor management, contract management, and clinical outcomes within the assigned division facilities

Requirements
