Culinary Team Member

The role involves working collaboratively with the catering team to maintain high standards of food presentation and quality. This includes handling, preparing, and storing food, as well as associated cleaning tasks. You will demonstrate knowledge of and compliance with food safety standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and serving meals in accordance with our food quality standards and residents' dietary requirements.
  • Maintaining food quality, safety, and presentation standards in collaboration with the team.
  • Engaging with residents during meal service to ensure their dining satisfaction and comfort.
  • Adhering to infection control, manual handling, and workplace health and safety procedures in accordance with our policies and procedures.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Experience preparing food for diverse dietary needs, including allergen-sensitive, customized, or texture-specific meals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
