We are seeking dedicated professionals with a minimum of 6 months of aged care experience to fill this critical role.

This position involves delivering high-quality personal care, assisting residents with daily living activities, and ensuring their overall well-being in a professional and compassionate manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
  • Support with mobility and transfers using hoists and other aids.
  • Provide meal assistance and ensure dietary needs are met.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
  • Monitor residents' well-being and report any changes to nursing staff.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to residents.
  • Follow infection control and workplace health & safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in aged care (essential).
  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent.
  • Current Police Check & NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Valid First Aid & CPR Certification.
  • Up-to-date COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
