Audit Professional

We are seeking an experienced Internal Audit professional to join our team. As an Internal Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our internal audit function.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, execute, and report on risk-based internal audits in key operational and functional areas of our business.
- Presentation of audit results to management and agreement of management action plans to address identified risk exposures.
- Monitoring the timely implementation of agreed management action plans stemming from completed audits.
- Collaboration with other Internal Audit team members and management locally and group wide.
- Engagement and partnering with departmental management in relation to internal audit matters.
- Maintenance of compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
- A relevant tertiary qualification.
- Completion of or working towards a CA, CPA, IIA qualification.
- A minimum of 3+ years post-graduate experience in a similar role.
- Sound knowledge of audit principles and internal audit methods and techniques.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal, influencing, negotiation, and communication skills.
- High attentiveness to detail.
- Experience in the use of data analytics is strongly desired but not essential.
