Companionship and Support Worker

In this fulfilling role, you will be an integral part of our team, providing vital care and support to elderly individuals in their own homes. As a Companion and Support Worker, you will deliver high-quality services that promote independence, dignity, and overall well-being.

Our clients rely on us for assistance with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and domestic duties. You will also provide social support, shopping assistance, transport, and pet care, helping to alleviate the emotional and practical burdens of aging.

With a focus on building strong relationships, you will work collaboratively with our clients to understand their unique needs and preferences, tailoring your support to ensure their comfort and happiness.

This part-time opportunity covers areas throughout upper northern suburbs, including Alexander Heights, Warwick, Marmion, and surrounding suburbs. We offer a range of shifts to suit your lifestyle, allowing you to balance your work and personal commitments.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination per policy requirements
  • Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance (within 6-months validity)
  • Successful completion of pre-employment form and reference checks
  • Current WA driver's licence
  • Access to a reliable WA registered motor vehicle with full comprehensive insurance
