Facilities Maintainer Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our facilities team as a Facilities Maintainer. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our stores, working both indoors and outdoors.

  • Complete a checklist of cleaning tasks throughout the store.
  • Use various equipment and cleaning products to sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and buff floors throughout the store, team rooms, toilets, and offices.
  • Clean, dust, wipe, and scrub shelving, refrigeration rooms, industrial ovens, and drains.
  • Collect trolleys from in and around the store and store carpark - regardless of the weather conditions.

About You and Your Skills:

You'll be working autonomously and as part of a team, with a keen eye for detail and cleanliness. You'll have a passion for working safely and adhering to our Safe Work Practices. Key responsibilities include setting priorities, meeting deadlines, and demonstrating a solid work ethic. You'll also need to be active and able to moderate to heavy lifting, reaching, and pushing.
