Job Title: Facilities Maintainer

This role involves performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of government facilities in the Sydney area.

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and proactive individual to join our team as a Facilities Maintainer. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services across multiple sites, including offices, meeting rooms, and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean high-touch surfaces, such as taps, door handles, and bathrooms
  • Perform general cleaning tasks, including mopping, sweeping, dusting, and vacuuming
  • Replenish supplies and maintain stock levels
  • Travel between multiple sites, using own transport if preferred

The ideal candidate will have strong time management skills, be able to meet deadlines, and work well independently and in a team.

  • Casual hourly rate of $32.34 per hour, inclusive of casual loading
  • Evening shifts available from Monday to Friday, 6pm onwards
  • Flexible hours, with shifts ranging from 2-6 hours
