About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Manager to join our retail pricing team at Bank of Queensland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a small team of Negotiated Pricing Specialists, ensuring the successful delivery of retail rate changes and providing strategic pricing guidance to our distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a small team of Negotiated Pricing Specialists
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to drive commercial outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective pricing and rate change activities
  • Utilize pricing tools to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes
  • Continuously improve pricing processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in pricing and analytics, with experience in leading and developing teams. You will have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
