Job Description

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing complex, high-priority projects from concept to final implementation. This includes ensuring quality, timely delivery, and meeting client requirements.

The ideal candidate will have extensive project management skills, experience in directing major projects successfully, and relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Project Management.

They should also possess excellent communication skills to advise and guide complex project design development, as well as represent the company as a valuable contributor to the project.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing input into business development proposals
  • Developing repeat business within and across areas of responsibility
  • Managing and directing Project Managers and Engineers
  • Effectively managing project employees to achieve quality project deliverables
  • Strengthening the capability of the team through effective recruitment, retention and development activities
Requirements

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Project Management

Demonstrated experience managing and directing major projects successfully

Extensive project management and consulting skills

High level communication skills to advise and guide complex project design development
