Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional guest experiences at our establishment. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing personalized service, managing bookings and table arrangements, and ensuring seamless operations on the floor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively greet and host guests upon arrival
  • Manage bookings, handle on-the-night changes, and maintain accurate records
  • Process orders, manage payments, and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks
  • Reset and prepare tables between guests, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
  • Support opening and closing procedures, including setup and breakdown of tables, equipment, and supplies

Requirements:

  • Valid RSA certification
  • Availability on Friday and Saturday nights
  • Strong product knowledge of alcoholic beverages
  • Confident handling of trays and serving drinks
  • Ability to engage with guests, provide recommendations, and upsell products

Nice to Have:

  • 2+ years' experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant environment
  • Initiative and ability to think two steps ahead in a dynamic environment
  • Knack for multitasking, staying calm under pressure, and adapting to changing situations
