Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our technology risk transformation program. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in project or implementation management in a business transformation context, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.

The successful candidate will have strong understanding of contemporary project and change management methodologies, as well as experience in developing and implementing business transformation programs and initiatives in the context of a technology organisation.

This role requires relevant tertiary qualifications in technology, economics, finance, risk, compliance or related discipline, or equivalent experience. The ideal candidate will also possess demonstrated negotiation and resolution management skills, as well as strong stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of the risk transformation program.
  • Develop and manage project planning and scheduling activities.
  • Engage subject matter experts to support action and initiative identification and implementation planning.
  • Support workstream owners and internal/external partners to ensure effective delivery of implementation plans.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in project or implementation management.
  • Strong understanding of project and change management methodologies.
  • Experience in business transformation programs and initiatives.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
