Job Title: Care Partner

We are currently recruiting individuals to provide support to people with disabilities in various community settings.

The successful applicant will work closely with participants, delivering tailored support services that foster independence and promote personal growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personalized care, including medication administration, daily living skills, and emotional support.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of participants' needs and overall well-being.
  • Communicating effectively with individuals in a meaningful and engaging manner.
  • Facilitating community participation by accompanying individuals to activities and outings.

Required qualifications and experience include:

  • Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support or a related field.
  • Experience working one-on-one with people with disabilities who may have complex medical needs.
  • A valid Australian driver's license and reliable vehicle with car insurance.
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Children Check, Police Check, and First Aid Certification.

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a flexible availability to work varied shifts during the week, overnight, and occasional weekends.
