Director of Case Management Support

The Administrative Review Tribunal is seeking a Director of Case Management Support to play a critical role in supporting the management of applications for review during the case management phase.
This key ongoing role within the Case Management branch offers flexibility and can be located in various locations across Australia.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the delivery of case management strategies and initiatives, including the Tribunal's cascade strategy and cascading priority framework.
- Work closely with the Registrar Leads and senior leadership to deliver on the Tribunal's statutory and other objectives.
- Manage and implement change, identify opportunities for improvement, and promote a positive approach to dealing with uncertainty and ambiguity.
- A strong leader with a proven track record in service delivery and in developing and maintaining productive relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, cultivate a culture of collaboration, and model standards of behaviour consistent with APS Values, APS Employment Principles and APS Code of Conduct.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information clearly, make persuasive recommendations, and adapt to the needs of different audiences.
