We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in delivering high-quality clinical care to residents. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will work under the leadership of experienced Clinical Leaders to provide advanced clinical and holistic support.
Your role will involve delivering exceptional patient care, providing support and supervision to colleagues, and liaising with medical practitioners, family members, and other multi-disciplinary team members to ensure excellence in personalized care.
The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, a compassionate nature, and excellent communication abilities. You will be required to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, championing a strong teamwork approach to resident care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality clinical care to residents
- Provide support and supervision to team members
- Liaise with medical practitioners, family, and other multidisciplinary team members
Requirements:
- Current AHPRA registration as an RN or EEN
- Strong clinical focus with ability to provide holistic support
- Knowledge of chronic conditions, palliative, and dementia care (desired)
- Availability to work night shifts
- Dedication to caring for older people to live their best lives
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
