
Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and resourceful individual to fill an administrative role within our property sector.
- Manage front reception desk and telephone
- Meet and greet clients
- Contractor main point of contact
- Tenant main point of contact
- Create engaging social media content
This role involves exposure to a variety of administrative duties, providing the opportunity for growth and development in your career.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Desk Management: Provide exceptional customer service by managing the front reception desk and telephone.
Client Interaction: Meet and greet clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout their visit.
Contractor and Tenant Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors and tenants.
Social Media Content Creation: Develop and implement a social media strategy that showcases our brand and engages our audience.
Additional Duties: Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:
Effective communication skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues

Experience using Microsoft Office
Willingness to complete traineeship in Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
