About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Diesel Fitter to join our Maintenance Team at Mount Holland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the servicing, repair, and maintenance of mobile fleet and other equipment in accordance with our servicing, lubrication, and maintenance systems documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and servicing of mobile equipment and other assets
  • Source technical information from relevant reference manuals, technical bulletins, OEM, and computer-based systems
  • Ensure high housekeeping standards are maintained
  • Conduct pre-start checks to ensure equipment is safe and ready for operation

About You:

  • Trade qualification as Heavy Duty Diesel Fitter or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years post-trade experience in the mining industry
  • Experience in general maintenance, breakdowns, component change-outs, and servicing of CAT and Hitachi mobile equipment
  • Experience in vehicle air conditioning systems (desirable)
  • HR driver's license (desirable)
  • Proven commitment to health and safety at all times
