Technical Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to spearhead the development of sophisticated distributed web applications on the JVM. As a leader in this field, you will be responsible for guiding our team in designing and implementing complex system aspects, tackling technical challenges with innovative approaches.

  • The ideal candidate will have at least ten years of commercial experience developing distributed web applications on the JVM.
  • A strong background in planning, executing architectural changes, and creative problem-solving is essential.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills are required, both written and verbal.
  • Asynchronous programming techniques and associated patterns must be deeply understood.
  • Fundamental knowledge of computer science and engineering principles: concurrency, data structures, and distributed systems is necessary.

Becoming a subject matter expert in API architecture and service communication, you will design and implement the technical roadmap and architecture for API platforms as our company evolves. You will also provide guidance and mentorship to other engineers, helping them navigate technical challenges. We offer a flexible environment where you have choice in where and how you work.
