A retail leader with a flair for excellence, you will drive customer satisfaction and team performance as an Assistant Store Manager.
This role is a key part of our store leadership team, responsible for leading, coaching, mentoring, developing, and inspiring a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
You will be the maestro behind our day-to-day operations, ensuring our store is always welcoming, well-organized, and bursting with positive energy.
As a champion of customer service, you will resolve customer enquiries with patience and empathy, leaving a lasting impression on our customers.
Additionally, you will assist with onboarding new team members by providing them with the tools and knowledge they need to surprise and delight our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, coach, mentor, develop, and inspire a team of individuals to achieve excellent customer service and sales results.
- Ensure the store is always on point, welcoming, and well-organized.
- Resolve customer enquiries with patience and empathy.
- Assist with onboarding new team members.
- Experience in the retail environment, with innovative practices and excellent customer service skills.
